"I moved to Ohio in 1998 as a single mom and knew no one except a few of my colleagues at my new job. I visited State Farm in Heath to purchase car insurance. Fast forward 27 years. I still have car insurance for me, my husband of 20 years that I met in Ohio, my grown children, as well as life insurance policies and renters insurance. Bill was there for me throughout these years to provide security and peace of mind for me and my family. I moved from Heath to Westerville but refuse to switch my insurance from Bill Stevenson. I drive down to meet with him as needed and he is always patient, caring and knowledge. He talked us through choosing life insurance for ourselves after my mother passed away in 2014. This season of my life encouraged me to call Bill to get coverage for myself and my husband. I know Bill is always out for our best interest and guides and advises us honestly, answering all if our questions with patience. Lisa has always been there for us to call in and ask questions and has navigated us through instructions on minor car accidents along the way and promptly sending us renters insurance paperwork as needed. She has been there since day one that I can remember and is sharp, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Michelle has also assisted us before with car insurance claims and is very friendly, helpful and efficient . I know they will always be there for us and we trust them and that is irreplaceable.
